Hand In Hand Farm helps families rebuild and enrich their lives through agricultural adventures. Our Seattle branch provides ongoing support to these families by offering:
- Job/life skills training through farm based projects
- Coaching on parenting skills
- Collaboration with community partners
To receive services at the Seattle branch, we ask that families attend the Family Farm Session at our Oregon location first.
